Our meet-and-greet is a required in-home visit that takes place before any services begin. It’s an opportunity for you, your pet and our team to start building a relationship, and for us to learn what makes your pet feel safe, comfortable and cared for. During the visit, one (and occasionally two) of our team members will spend time with you and your pet, walk through their care routine, review the location of key items in your home and go over important details like vet information, emergency contacts and any special requests. We’ll also get everything set up in Time To Pet so services can run smoothly moving forward. There is a $25 meet-and-greet fee, which helps cover our time and administrative setup.
