Family is everything to us, human and furry alike.
Just like you, we treat our pets like part of the family — because, let’s face it, they are! We know it’s not always easy to trust someone else with their care, and as a family-run pack ourselves, we get how important it is to keep them feeling safe and loved.
That’s why we’ve made it our mission to offer professional, dependable (and totally pawsome) pet care services to Brushy Creek, Avery Ranch, Round Rock and North Austin pet owners. The best part? We get to spoil your furry friends and have a blast while doing it!
Hi! I'm Andrea!
THE FOUNDER & OWNER OF TOTALLY PAWSOME
My roots are in wildlife biology, and in a former life, I was COO of a multi-location dog daycare, boarding and training company in Austin. Those experiences shaped my love for thoughtful systems, attention to detail and meaningful connections with animals and their humans. (Fun fact: It’s also where I met my husband, Tim, who was a client bringing his dog to daycare!)
When our kids were little, I wanted work that allowed me to be home with them while staying connected to animals and our community. Totally Pawsome grew from that place and has grown right alongside our kids. Today, both the business and the kids are teenagers, and I’m deeply grateful for the relationships we’ve built over the years.

At home, we have Beasley, our lab mix and proud baby of the family; two bougie barn cats, Pumpkin and Lilyan (ask me about their cat house and catio set-up); an albino leopard gecko, Beans; and Kerby, a gentle, hardworking horse we lease, whose calm, steady demeanor reflects so much of what we value.
Outside of work, I love hiking, wandering new places, traveling with family and friends, and soaking up the sun. I can’t wait to meet you and welcome you into the Totally Pawsome family.
